The dress arrived very late ! Come with no tag , the material is not comfortable.. I check all measurements befits ordering and rubs small ! My intention was return but I was on vacation when it arrived..

I bought what was described as “dusty pink” or Blush colored dress. When I received it, the color was more peach/ orange than pink. The dress was well made and fit well. But the color was completely different. There was nothing in the listing that shows the dress color on the color swatch that is shown on one of the slides. I was offered nothing but a 40% off code for the inconvenience. It was a waste of $200. I wouldn’t purchase anything without confirming what the color ACTUALLY looks like. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the quality of the dress was good.

The dress I ordered is exactly how it looked in the pictures. Customer service was great and the dress was received before expected shipping date.
The customer service was top notch, but that’s where it ended with me. My daughter got her dress was not happy with it at all. The color wasn’t the same as online, we ordered a size down just to make sure it would fit , and it was still too big. It didn’t even look like the dress from the picture online. It was cheaply made in my opinion. I will never order a prom dress online again.
