The dress fit perfectly with my custom measurements and I had them add sleeves which were beautiful but it arrived more pink than the picture showed and I didn't end up wearing it at my wedding.

My son let me know on Sept 8 he was getting married on Sept 21. I asked the appropriate question what attire is everyone wearing? I talked too my soon to be d-i-l she showed me a dress online that I had already been looking at, I chatted with Jay online we went with Jay suggestion on size and it was perfect. Jay suggested place the order ASAP with Rush order. Pam dress was sent and in the US in a few days. It took longer for US to get processed through shipping company but dress arrived on Sept 19. The dress is beautiful and it didn’t take long to get the wrinkles out of the dress. The wedding was beautiful and I am so thankful for Pmg dress for helping us with the wedding dress. I appreciated the early communication and fairly quick shipping… I ordered a 2, our measurements were exact to that size. The dress fits more like a 4-6…and the lowest layer of material and slip were about 7inches longer than expected. The picture was deceiving, luckily we have enough time with the local seamstress to make the dress fit properly as well as mimic the picture which is what we wanted before my daughters hoco dance. My recommendation is to ensure buyers understand that if they purchase the dress they understand they will need to get it altered to mimic the photo.

The customer service was prompt, and the delivery arrived exactly on the date I was informed of, so I’m very satisfied. I really like the dress, too. However, the straps around the arms are looser than I expected, so they feel a bit baggy. I think it would look much better if they fit snugly around the arms like in the photos. I’ll probably need to get that part altered. Since the straps go around the arms, it might be a good idea to include arm measurements for custom orders. Also, I was hoping for a nicely fitted silhouette with a cinched waist like in the photos, but when I tried it on, the waistline wasn’t very defined, which made it look a bit bulky—even though I tightened the straps as much as possible. I have gained a bit of weight since I first placed the order, so I’m planning to get it altered after I lose a little weight. I'll make sure to wear it beautifully. Thank you for the lovely dress! ^^
The dress was not the same color as shown. It wasn't bright blue, it was light blue. The picture also shows the ties being purple and they are blue. The measurements are also off. Luckily, it is too big and can be altered.
