We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, However, if such a rare event were to occur, we will get in touch with you ASAP. 

We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do detailed check to ensure the high quality and Never on purpose send out damaged or faulty goods. 

Standard time: Within 25 days (From May to Dec).Around 30-39 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.If you want to get the dress faster, you can choose the shipping way Expedited.Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.
Expedited time:Within 10-15 days. 

If we send you a wrong or unmatched dress, we will take full responsibility and give you a top solution to your best satisfaction. We are afraid that return without reason is not acceptable. So please measure your body precisely in accords with our website size chart. We offer the Size & Color Guide for your good use. Each dress you order will be made from scratch totally according to your specifications. Our tailors will make the perfect dress for you :) 

We currently accept payment via Paypal.If you don’t have it,you can open a paypal account,it it so easy.Paypal can be used by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express),Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). 

Before you proceed to check out you can leave your request about the products in order note. We will check it carefully and try our best to satisfy you. If your order is requested urgently, it is better for you to contact us in 2 hours after you’ve paid. In addiction, if you have already paid and need a change, please contact our customer service representatives immediately, we will discuss with the tailors to see if it is possible.However,refund&exchange is not available when your order is finished. 

After confirmation, please return your items and give us the tracking number for next steps, it normally takes 3-5 business days to make a refund and our customer service representatives will also inform you by e-mail after refund has been successfully issued. 

Hollow to Floor is the length from your hollow (center of the collarbone) to the floor. When you measure it, please take the tape from your front, with bare foot. You should stand upright and your feet should keep together. 

To place the order for multiple items you will have to follow the procedures as below. 1. Log in on our website;  2. Choose the color, size and add the item into the cart; 3.   Press the button “continue shopping” and the add other items into cart; 4. Check out and pay for the dress. Our website will guide you with your order. 

Yes,we can do dresses in custom size,and there is not extra cost.Pls choose the "custom size" option when you checkout,and leave the details size in order note.Usually we need the following details measurement,learn how to measure.
